The African Dream

Hello Friends, firstly thank you for taking time to look at my blog, I appreciate your views but even more I would appreciate some comments. Now, the African Dream, hmm, let`s not dream, dreaming is for sleeping and we are not asleep; we are awake. So let`s set goals instead!

The goal of this website is to start a movement of youth who will say no to whatever negative things people have said about them and their lives, youth who will pioneer great inventions and well, create a positive future for themselves. For now your goal will be to discover what you can do and how you can do it.

We cannot control what happens to us but what we can do is make the most of what we presently have. We all have brains, believe it or not, if you are reading this then well, I guess you have a brain…but what am I saying? Every brain functions, not the same as everyone but it functions nonetheless. You have a mind and even more a special skill, talent, gift, and destiny; call it whatever you want; you are special and there is something that only you can do best. Imagine if Bill Gates went into fashion instead of programming? Microwear???he must have had to believe in his dream in spite of what people were saying. Everyone has dreams, but the African dream is for Africa to be seen as the beautiful continent it is, there are so many stereotypes about Africa but we will change that, we will pioneer a new destiny for Africa.

Africa needs you and your special talent, if you are not sure what that is, just let me use the little knowledge I have to guide through your path. Check in often and try out the exercises, if you already have ideas but need funding keep up to date with the home page stories, something could pop-up that you could apply for.
